People have always asked me why I would prefer a long distance relationship over a regular relationship.

The reason why I would rather prefer a LDR is because, I think it’s more beautiful. Don’t get me wrong, every relationship is beautiful, but in order to be in a LDR it takes so much commitment than any other relationship does. Sure, I would love to be able to touch and kiss them, because it does get hard knowing you can’t even see the person you want to see the most. But that’s the amazing part of a LDR, it requires so many sacrifices and so many bonds to build a stronger relationship with someone. Plus, once you finally meet for the very first time, your heart beats faster, and your smile gets bigger, and you have your focus on the one person, you have been wishing to see for the longest time.

You also get to dig deep through their personality more, than the way their appearance would attract you. You get to know that person through a lot of communication and it does help a relationship grow better. I’m just saying, I would prefer a long distance relationship > regular relationship just because, I know it takes so much of a person, to commit to someone that lives whoever knows how many miles away. I would really consider a long distance relationship to many people; everyone deserves a chance, so just have hope in your relationship. Long distance or not, everyone deserves to find someone that makes them happy.

But If someone means so much to you, distance should never matter.
